We're excited to announce that TrueWatch will join PERURI Digital Summit 2026 as a Gold Sponsor alongside our partner ICS Compute. Join us on October 21–22, 2026, at Taman Kota PERURI, South Jakarta, for Building Technology of the Future, a two-day technology summit in Jakarta.
Visit the ICS Compute × TrueWatch booth (Gold 04) to see how teams running digital public services can get one view of service health, from the citizen's screen down to the systems behind it. Explore Toby AI TruePilot, see how to observe AI assistants before they go live, and bring your most critical service for a dependency walkthrough.
What's PERURI Digital Summit About?
PERURI Digital Summit 2026 brings together technology leaders, builders and public sector teams under the theme Building Technology of the Future. Alongside the conference programme, the summit hosts a chip hackathon, making it a meeting point for people working on the next generation of Indonesia's digital infrastructure.
For teams responsible for digital public services, it's a chance to compare notes on the same pressure: delivering services that citizens can rely on, at scale, with limited time and engineering capacity.
Why Visit the ICS Compute × TrueWatch Booth?
A public service can fail its citizens while every server dashboard says green. The status API is up, the database is up, and the citizen on the other end is still staring at a spinner. If monitoring starts at the server, teams hear about it from the complaint line, not from the system.
ICS Compute designs and integrates digital services. TrueWatch gives their teams one view of service health across the full stack. Here's what you can expect at the booth:
- Alert to Cause in One View: Watch a simulated slowdown traced from the first alert to its root cause, with logs, traces and user sessions correlated in a single workspace.
- Toby AI TruePilot in Action: See how TruePilot recommends the next step in an investigation while your team reviews and approves every action.
- Observability for Public-Facing AI: Learn how to observe the AI assistants you're about to put in front of the public, including requests, tool calls and token cost.
- Map Your Most Critical Service: Bring us the service that matters most to your citizens. We'll map its dependencies with you and show you where the blind spots are.
