- Fault Center Escalations
Every notification sent when an escalation policy is triggered counts as task invocations, keeping on-call routing fully automated. - Intelligent Inspection
Anomaly detection tasks run continuously in the background to catch issues before they're reported. - Metric Generation
Automatically aggregate raw data into custom metrics without manual scripting. - Unified Metering
One consistent billing unit across all automated task-based features, so costs stay predictable as usage scales.
*Billed daily, the cost is based on the number of task invocations recorded across escalation notifications, anomaly detection, and metric generation.

Common Questions
- What counts as a task invocation?
- A task invocation is recorded each time an automated background task runs on your behalf — for example, sending a notification when a Fault Center escalation policy is triggered, running an anomaly detection check, or generating a custom metric.
- How are Fault Center escalations billed?
- Each time an escalation policy is triggered and a notification is sent, 100 task invocations are recorded against your account.
- Does this apply to all monitoring features?
- Task invocations cover automated task-based features such as Intelligent Inspection (anomaly detection) and metric generation. Data ingestion itself (logs, metrics, traces, etc.) is billed separately under its own billing item.
- How is the daily count calculated?
- TrueWatch tallies the number of task invocations generated across all applicable features each day and bills per 10,000 invocations.
