- How are AI Assistant and AI Agent usage billed?
- AI Assistant and AI Agents share one Credits account, and all AI usage is metered in Credits. There is no separate billing for each feature — every action draws from the same pool.
- What happens when my Credits run out?
- AI services pause once your balance reaches zero. Plan credits are deducted first, followed by prepaid credits. To resume service, recharge your prepaid Credits balance via your account manager — prepaid Credits never expire.
- Do unused Credits carry over to the next cycle?
- No. Free plan credits reset monthly and do not carry over. Pro, Team, and Enterprise plan credits are valid only within the current subscription cycle and expire at cycle end. Only prepaid Credits carry over indefinitely, as they never expire.
- What happens to my Credits if I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
- Upgrades take effect immediately upon payment, and the new plan's complimentary Credits are applied at once. Any remaining plan credits from the previous tier follow the standard cycle-end expiration and are not carried into the new plan's balance.
- Can I pay for Credits based on usage instead of prepaying?
- No. Toby AI Credits are prepaid only; post-paid or pay-as-you-go settlement is not supported. All purchases and recharges are handled through your account manager.
- How are partial Credits calculated?
- Credit usage is always rounded down to the nearest whole number.
